If you forget your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link on the site’s homepage in the Member Login area.  You will be asked to enter the email address you used during the registration process. An email will automatically be sent to you with the information you need to log into your account.

After you sign in, you will automatically be taken to your “MyPage".  Click on “Edit MyPage". You can then change any data you have entered, as you need, including your email address.

Membership into the ArabsWorldwide.com online community goes into effect as soon as your profile is approved by the Site Administrator, which is always within short time. Upon approval, your profile will appear in search results.  To check your current membership status, simply click on My Membership in your MyPage navigational tool bar.

You may hide your profile from appearing in search results by clicking on "Hide" in the top navigation bar of your MyPage. Once hidden, your profile will not be visible to other members.  You may reverse this by clicking "Unhide" at any time.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Your email address, first and last name, home address, and phone number will never be visible by anyone other than you. You can choose to hide certain profile questions from appearing in your profile view by un-checking the box to the left of the question when you're in the EDIT screen of your profile page. Also be assured that any data that you enter during the New Registration Process and any personal information that you enter into your profile is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to avoid tampering.

If you have created a profile and your profile is not found in search results, it could be that your profile is set to "Hidden". You will need to unhide your profile so that it may be found in search results. It could also be that your profile has not been approved as yet if you are a new member. Generally, this takes very short time. If you have checked these two possibilities and your profile still is not found in search results, please use the Live Assistance link or Contact Us to report the issue.

To see who has viewed your profile, simply click on the “MyPage Views” link found on your profile, in the "MyPage Information" box.

To delete your profile, click on the “Delete Profile” link found on the My Membership tab of your profile page. Once deleted, your profile cannot be reinstated. Should you desire to rejoin the site in the future, you must create a new profile. If you are a Premium member, your membership will end upon expiration of your current billing cycle. Before deleting your profile, we encourage you to contact us as we will do our very best to retain you as a valued member of our online community.

To send an Instant Message, you must be a Premium member. From the “Online Members” list found on the homepage, simply click on the CHAT NOW button that appears on the Member profile to initiate an Instant Message.

Yes, you will still be able to view the list of Online Members, however, your profile will not appear in this list if your profile status is set to "Offline".

Sometimes, your computer may have trouble completely loading the Instant Messenger chat window. To clear up this problem, you need to clear your cache (delete Temporary Internet Files). In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the Delete button in the Temporary Internet Files box. In Firefox, go to Tools > Options, and on the Privacy tab, click "Clear" next to Cache. If this does not remedy the problem, please contact us using the Contact Us form or you may attempt to reach us using Live Assistance.

Yes, you may cancel your Premium Membership at any time. However, we do not pro-rate your membership. If you request to cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will not receive a partial refund, but are free to continue to use your membership until the end of your billing cycle. Advance notice of 14 days is required to cancel your membership to avoid being billed for the next billing cycle.  For instance, if your billing cycle is the 23rd of each month, you must advise us by the 9th of that month to avoid being billed the next month.  To cancel your Premium Membership, simply select Unsubscribe from the My Membership section of your MyPage navigational toolbar.   We encourage you to retain your Premium Membership to receive full benefit from the site.

You do not need to be a Premium Member to receive emails or instant messages. You will be able to reply to emails and instant messages that you receive. However, as a Standard member, you may not initiate emails or instant messages.

"MyPage" is simply the term we use to describe your personal profile. A fully completed MyPage allows others who view your profile to learn more about you. You can also manage all aspects of your profile  here, including your friends, photos, videos, groups, and prayer requests.

If you wish to browse the site and not be interrupted by instant messages, you may set your profile to offline so that others will not know you are logged into the site. Your full profile will still be visible to others during a profile search, but the CHAT NOW icon will not appear on your profile for others to send you an instant message and your profile will not appear in the Online Members list. You can still receive emails while offline, but you will not receive instant messages. The members whose profiles you view while offline will be able to see that you have viewed their profile. If you wish to hide your profile entirely from search results, perhaps during periods of inactivity such as a vacation or business trip, you may set your profile to hide so that your profile does not appear in search results. Once hidden, your profile will not be visible to other members in a search, but you will still be able to make any edits to it. You are unable to send email to other members with a hidden profile. With your profile hidden, members to whom you have written will only see basic profile information, but not your full profile, until you decide to unhide your profile. The members whose profiles you view while hidden will not be able to see that you have viewed their profile.

Please follow the below guidelines when posting a photo. We reserve the right to reject any photo at our discretion. The thumbnail image, (the small photo that appears to the left of your name during profile  searches) must be of you only. You may upload JPEG file photos only. Absolutely no pornography, partial or full nudity are permitted. Photos that you add in the My Photos section of your profile will be resized to 450x450 pixels. These photos can be of you and other friends or family members, but please obtain their permission to post. No photos protected by copyright are permitted.

To add a photo, simply click on “New Photo” in the “My Photos” section located within your Member Profile.  You will then click Browse to find the photo on your computer. You can add a Title and Description (recommended), and then click Upload. You may also Edit, Delete, and View All of your photos.
